This website is operated by The Real CBD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Real CBD.

We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Payment

The Real CBD receives payment with VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment will be taken once order has been placed.

All amounts are in GBP and are incl. VAT.

PMS Pure Lifestyle Ltd. uses an authorised payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.

Delivery

The Real CBD ships to the UK & Ireland for a set fee of £7.00, outside of these areas please contact us for a quote. We ship every weekday, (excluding public holidays) with orders signed by noon. Delivery is sent the same day if orders are received before 12pm and will be sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1 pm -package must be signed for.  In other cases, orders will be shipped the following business day.

Warranty

A license is granted under 2 years in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product.

The Real CBD will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Reimbursement

Packages will not be sent on demand.

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Cancellation

A full return of 14 days is given on items purchased in our web-shop.

The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

Return costs must be covered by yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation, you must return within 14 days of returning the shipment.

The notification shall be given per email at sue@therealcbd.com. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our default cancellation form and send it by return using our Contact Us form If you wish to have full right of withdrawal of the product, the security seal cannot be broken upon return.

The condition of the product when you return it

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the item. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.

Complaints:

The Contract (including any non-contractual matters) is governed by the law of England and Wales.

Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or, where the Customer lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of respectively Scotland or Northern Ireland.

We try to avoid any dispute, so we deal with complaints in the following way: If a dispute occurs, Customers should contact us to find a solution. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 5 days.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Data Protection Laws‘ means any applicable law relating to the processing of Personal Data, including, but not limited to the Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive) or the GDPR.

GDPR‘ means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Data Controller‘, ‘Personal Data’ and ‘Processing’ shall have the same meaning as in the GDPR.

Where you supply Personal Data to us so we can provide Products to you, and we Process that Personal Data in the course of providing the Products to you, we will comply with our obligations imposed by the Data Protection Laws:

before or at the time of collecting Personal Data, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected;

we will only Process Personal Data for the purposes identified; we will respect your rights in relation to your Personal Data; and we will implement technical and organisational measures to ensure your Personal Data is secure.
